Cucumber and Sprouts Salad This is a wonderful salad and has been one of my breakfast items on many days from almost 10 years. This salad is rich in protein and very simple to make. This can be eaten as evening snack as well. I have mentioned its health benefits at the end of this post. Ingredients 1 small size cucumber 10 big fist green gram sprouts Freshly grated coconut 1 cup 1 small lemon Salt and pepper (optional) Method of preparation: Wash sprouts and soak in drinking water over night. Wash soaked green gram around 8 to 10 times to remove the smell and place it in the sprout box and leave it for 8 to 10 hours. Alternatively you can use cloth to tie the gram.
