I am blessed to be born in India with an endless taste for food. Except for non-vegetarian food I have tasted wide variety of food preparations which includes the styles of South India like Udupi, Mysore, Mandya, North Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and some of North Indian, few of Chinese and Italian too.. I used to have a great appetite 8 to 10 years back. With age it has diminished a bit, but still I appreciate and enjoy wide variety of preparations in smaller quantities. I keep trying these styles of cooking on my husband. He is a very good critic when it comes to taste and I always tell my in-laws that if their son gives me a certificate, I don’t need from anyone!! Believe me it is not at all easy to get appreciation from my husband, he gets into minute details of taste and gives his judgement. It is making me a better cook day by day.
